A scaling method is described to generate grain boundary affect zone (GBAZ) by scaling the vertex of voronoi edges inside with the same distance. Molecular dynamics simulation (MD) was carried out to analyze the grain size effect on the mechanical behaviors in nanocrystalline Cu- Ag alloy with GBAZ segregation. It is found that the mechanical behavior of Cu-Ag alloy can be effectively improved, especially for segregated domains close to grain boundary (GB). Meanwhile, the flow stress of Cu- Ag alloy indicates the character of size effect. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
