The glass transition of supercooled Zr - Nb melt was studied by molecular dynamics modeling. Glass transition temperature was determined using by different criteria such as change of the heat capacity, diffusion coefficient and viscosity, the obtained data are in good agreement with each other. It is shown, that elastic modulus rise with the decrease of the free volume in structure, that agrees with the supposed model of the amorphous alloys' deformation.
